The second single to be taken from the forthcoming 'Lost + Found" album, Get Up Get Moving is a call to self action, coupled with a reminder to keep your ego in check - a delicate balance to achieve (if at all possible).

The song is partnered with a time-travel flavoured music video that utilises footage from the time of the song's original creation inserted into a prescient tale of the dangers of rewriting history without restriction.
